Forklift Operators – Stand-Up & Sit-Down High Reach

New Holland, PA | $19–$23/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a food production facility in New Holland, PA. We have opportunities available on all three shifts, with pay ranging from $19–$23/hour based on shift and experience.

Candidates must have previous experience operating Stand-Up and Sit-Down High Reach forklifts.

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up and sit-down high reach forklifts
Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials
Pick and transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas
Accurately place and retrieve products from warehouse locations
Work in and out of refrigerated and cold areas as needed
Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous Stand-Up and Sit-Down High Reach forklift experience required
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Food production, food distribution, or refrigerated warehouse experience is a plus
Must be comfortable working in and out of cold/refrigerated areas
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift openings available
$19–$23/hour depending on shift and experience
