What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support care within a 20-bed newborn nursery, delivering daily NNP coverage
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support bedside care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care environment in a community-focused health system

What You Need:

• Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
• Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
