We are seeking a Move Coordinator to manage and coordinate household goods relocations from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers and vendors, and ensuring every move is executed smoothly and efficiently. As a Move Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the moving process, working closely with customers, operations teams, sales representatives, drivers, crews, agents, and third-party providers to deliver an exceptional relocation experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate and manage residential household goods moves from booking through completion. Communicate with customers, moving crews, agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful relocations. Schedule and track move-related activities, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate move records, documentation, notes, pricing, and authorizations within company systems. Monitor move progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact service delivery. Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service standards are maintained. Review move requirements and determine appropriate operational solutions. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the relocation process. Respond to emails and phone calls promptly while delivering exceptional customer service. Generate and interpret reports to support operational efficiency. Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service, logistics, transportation, moving, or related industry experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Positive attitude and professional phone presence.
