Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
About the Role
Squadron RPO is seeking 4 to 8 dependable and detail-oriented Document Specialists for our office in Clinton, NJ. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for stable, full-time hours, as well as teachers or professionals seeking dedicated summer employment.
You will work on-site in a structured environment, ensuring critical transportation and employment records are accurately reviewed, classified, and logged into our system.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Review: Carefully review transportation and employment documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Classification: Analyze and categorize documents based on specific document types.
- Data Indexing: Assign precise Lot/Block numbers to documents within the internal database.
- Quality Control: Maintain high keystroke accuracy to ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and high keystroke/data entry accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically and accurately classify documents based on guidelines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift file boxes up to 10 pounds.
- Visual Acuity: Good eyesight (corrected or uncorrected) for reading fine print and digital documents.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance for a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM schedule.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in data entry, scanning, medical records, or education/teaching is highly valued!
