The Practice Manager is responsible for the successful daily operations and supervision of staff at the assigned onsite employee health clinic. Additionally, the role ensures an excellent environment and exceptional experience for each patient served, contributing to our company's growth and innovation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the clinic and all employees, ensuring productivity and professionalism. Ensure accuracy of time sheets and approve them before payroll deadlines. Ensure patient needs are met, monitor feedback, and lead complaint resolution. Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; implement improvement projects as needed. Coordinate all clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply management. Ensure HIPAA compliance. Serve as an on-site resource to support patients, staff, and providers and train new team members. Maintain office facilities and equipment. Communicate promptly to management regarding site and staff issues, escalating as required. Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback, and disciplinary action. Assist with other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy. Proficiency in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc). Willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Ability to multitask and work independently with excellent organization. Strong sense of professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions. Ability to concentrate, think, and learn. Physical ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in related field preferred. At least two years of medical office experience. Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling. Willingness to travel between multiple sites. BLS certification. Active LPN or RN license preferred. At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office or outpatient setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
