In-Home Caregiver Schedule Requirements: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1:1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less. What We're Looking For You are a Caregiver, licensed CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass drug screen, background check, and employment verification Schedule Part-time and full-time available Day, evening, and overnight shifts Weekday and weekend options Location Encinitas, Carlsbad, and the surrounding North County areas Pay NOC shifts offer a higher hourly rate and a monthly attendance bonus. For all caregivers, the starting hourly rate is $19, with increases based on client complexity and caregiver experience.
