**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality medical services are provided.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure adherence to medical protocols

- Provide direct patient care as needed and assist with complex medical procedures

- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance to maintain high standards of care

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire

- Proven experience in healthcare management or supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols

- Experience in areas such as Dementia care, DME, dialysis, Airway management, catheterization, Primary care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak/understand Spanish is advantageous.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and make critical decisions

- CPR certification required;

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
