Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in any field
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce and SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle
• 4+ years developing on the Salesforce platform with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Digital Experience Sites
• Strong experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning
• Experience migrating legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites
• 5+ years customizing GoMeddo Scheduling, or equivalent experience with similar scheduling products
• 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC
• Strong working knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Salesforce capabilities and constraints, and full-lifecycle implementations
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs
• Experience with web technologies and services, including jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Experience implementing OAuth authentication protocols to integrate third-party applications
• Experience developing Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex
• Experience with data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
• Experience designing and documenting secure, high-performance technical architectures spanning multiple platforms, integrations, and authentication systems
• Experience supporting SFDX development, branch management, merging, and code deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain strategic technical concepts to executive audiences
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred
• Salesforce Experience Cloud certification preferred

• Develop, design, and implement customizable Salesforce solutions based on CRM needs
• Work with colleagues, customers, end users, technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements
• Ensure technical requirements align with customer requirements and performance goals, and that technical direction supports the clients long-term strategy
• Take ownership of release cycles, including implementing and deploying new applications and updates to existing applications and code
• Provide overall technical responsibility for project environments and identify technical risks and issues
• Establish internal development guidelines and standards and ensure the development team follows them
• Collaborate with developers working on other systems to support business-wide integrations
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with SOM security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end technical aspects of programs, including data migrations, data quality, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
• Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release processes across Salesforce initiatives
• Assess architecture and provide secure, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Support SFDX development, branch management, merging, and code deployment using the Azure DevOps CI/CD process
• Create a development-team training plan to support a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations
• Deliver business value through technology and contribute technical expertise to executive-level decision-making
