Address primary care needs through same-day or scheduled in-office and telehealth appointments. Engage in proactive care management, emphasizing preventative medicine and integrated population health. Collaborate with various community members and stakeholders. Uphold the core value of active community engagement by merging academic and community care for our patients. Who We Are Looking For A genuine passion for primary care. A collaborative team player eager to work alongside diverse stakeholders and disciplines to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction. A current medical license in Massachusetts is preferred. Proficiency in a foreign language (such as Spanish or Chinese) is advantageous. Compensation The salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
