Shifts First Shift $15 per hour Second Shift $16 per hour Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in our Fairfield, OH facility! We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, all while working in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
