Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in home health setting preferred. Ability to provide physician-ordered plan of care and complete OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and significant change in condition. Experience supervising PTAs and Home Health Aides and delegating tasks appropriately. Competence with ICD-10 coding. Willingness to travel and cover the Redmond area as part of the caseload. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community/home visits. Benefits: Flexible schedule with no on-call and no weekends. Responsibilities: Provide physician orders and implement plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. Work collaboratively with home care personnel in patient care planning. Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide, as assigned. Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations. Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment. Instruct patients and families in home programs and activities of daily living. Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned. Complete and submit required OASIS documentation and utilize ICD-10 codes appropriately.
