The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming dining experience every day. Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met. Set tables and maintain dining room stations. Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service. Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards. Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. Qualifications Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required. Prior food service experience preferred. Experience working with seniors is a plus. Positive attitude and passion for hospitality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with breakfast service.
