Setting: Healthcare facility
Schedule/Shift: Night Shift (1830 to 0700 am), Three twelve-hour shifts weekly
Term: 15-week assignment with potential for extension
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Astrya Global, a San Diego–based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for a healthcare facility in Honolulu, HI. This is a 15-week locum tenens contract with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous airway management and respiratory care.
- Manage and support ventilators and non-invasive ventilator equipment.
- Consult with physicians and perform CPR as required.
- Utilize computerized charting and medication management systems in patient care.
Qualifications
- Must have an active State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License.
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications are required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience caring for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
- No first assignments.
