Key Objective(s):

We're looking for a Part-Time Influencer Coordinator to join our Social Media team at American Dream!

If you live on TikTok and Instagram, love creator culture, and enjoy bringing influencer campaigns to life behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will work directly with our Social Media & Influencer Manager to support creator partnerships,

influencer events, gifting, campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in social media and influencer marketing while working with one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in the country.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with influencer outreach, onboarding, and relationship management

• Coordinate influencer gifting, ticketing, and event logistics

• Support creator experiences and influencer events on-site

• Maintain the influencer marketing calendar and campaign timelines

• Track creator deliverables and campaign performance across Instagram and TikTok

• Research emerging creators, social trends, and platform insights

• Organize contracts, promo codes, and partnership documentation

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, public relations, event coordination, or a related field

• Passion for TikTok, Instagram, and the creator economy

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends for creator events

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with creator platforms and social analytics is a plus)
