We are located in King of Prussia area and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers.The Maintenance Technician supports one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance. He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
