DebtEaze is a rapidly growing debt relief company, recognized as a top-five provider in our industry on Trustpilot. We are actively seeking motivated Enrollment Agents to join our in-house team immediately.
We operate under strict compliance standards and specialize in helping borrowers navigate federal student loan debt—providing real solutions during a highly stressful time in their lives.

Important:
This is a fully in-office position at our O’Fallon, Missouri location. Candidates must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday and must have prior sales experience .

Our clients are often overwhelmed and uncertain about their loan status due to servicer changes during the payment pause. Many are facing large, unexpected bills that could lead to tax or wage garnishment. Your role will be to educate them, help them secure benefits they may be entitled to, and guide them toward long-term solutions such as student loan forgiveness.
We’re looking for driven sales professionals who are hungry to succeed, motivated by helping others, and comfortable having meaningful conversations.

Experience in auto warranty, debt collection or consolidation, home insurance, or similar sales environments is highly valued.

Duties:

• Answering inbound calls (4 hours minimum daily talk time)
• Qualifying and educating leads while creating expectations and timelines
• Utilizing a consultative sales approach to explain programs and services
• Identifying opportunities, building value, overcoming objections, and converting to sales
• Maintaining a high closing ratio while adhering to compliance standards
• Corresponding with clients via phone, email, and SMS
• Maintaining pipeline
• Managing leads efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
• Effectively utilizing your shift to maximize new enrollments
