Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Full-Cycle Recruiter opportunity in New York or Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Full-Cycle Recruiter include but are not limited to:

·        Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close.

·        Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy for open sales requisitions.

·        Lead and facilitate key recruiting steps such as kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions, hiring strategy discussions, and panel preparation.

·        Build strong relationships with hiring teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruiting process.

·        Proactively monitor recruiting performance and use data such as time in stage, conversion rates, and offer activity to identify trends and opportunities.

·        Analyze hiring data and generate actionable insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.

 

Candidates Full-Cycle Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·        Recruiting experience in sales/commerical organizations

·        Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.

·        Comfort using recruiting data to manage pipeline health and guide decisions.

·        Strong judgment around prioritization, candidate evaluation, and process improvement.

What's in this Full-Cycle Recruiter position for you?

·        Pay: $56.44/hr.

·        Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Details: $56.44 per hour
