Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Job Description

The Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and professional openings. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop effective search strategies, engage qualified candidates, and guide each search from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify specialized and hard-to-find talent
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Gather and organize interview feedback to keep hiring decisions moving forward
• Support offer development by providing insight regarding compensation, start dates, and other relevant considerations
• Create and refine job postings that clearly communicate position requirements
• Deliver a responsive and positive experience throughout the candidate journey
• Represent the organization's employment opportunities in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain recruiting practices that align with applicable employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Previous success recruiting for technical and professional positions
• Experience sourcing engineering and sales talent
• Corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and hiring leaders
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Working knowledge of recruiting regulations and hiring best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business applications

Additional Details

• Contract length: Approximately three to four months
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Workweek: 40 hours
• Dress code: Business casual
• The recruiter will support approximately 17 active openings
• Current searches include engineering, research and development, hardware, firmware, technical sales, account management, purchasing, and maintenance positions
