This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to fill a variety of roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within accounting or financial services and thrives in a high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process from initial intake through offer stageSource qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal toolsConduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and overall fitWork closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates on progressCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records within recruiting systemsSupport offer preparation and assist with onboarding coordination as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experienceGreenhouse experiencePrior experience recruiting within accounting, tax, or financial services environments requiredStrong ability to manage multiple openings simultaneouslyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing candidatesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAdditional Details:This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately 4–6 monthsTarget start date is ASAPPosition supports hiring for roles across multiple U.S. locationsPerks:Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing organizationExposure to high-impact hiring initiatives across multiple marketsCollaborative and supportive team environmentHybrid flexibility with consistent scheduleAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
