As a Recruiter on our team, you'll partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality hiring solutions while ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs. Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and professional networking platforms. Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through each stage of the hiring process. Communicate clearly with candidates-sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way. Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations. Negotiate and close offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent. Track and share progress through regular, data-driven reports. Recommend improvements to processes and practices, helping us deliver consistent, excellent results. Travel occasionally for client meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments. Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and social recruiting. Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and employment laws. Excellent communication skills-you can influence, advise, and engage at all levels. A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking and presenting recruiting metrics. Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
