This role is focused on building strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, driving proactive talent strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across North America and EMEA.You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract and hire top talent, bringing a consultative mindset, strong sourcing expertise, and a high level of ownership to every search.HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY: Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, leading intake conversations, hiring strategy, and talent planning discussionsProvide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisionsDrive alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processesProactive Sourcing & Talent StrategyBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across North America and EMEADevelop diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needsLeverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniquesFull-Cycle Recruiting ExcellenceManage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and disciplines (sales, marketing, engineering, product, etc.), ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomesLead structured candidate evaluations and guide hiring teams through effective decision-making processesPartner closely with HRBPs, compensation, and leadership throughout the offer processCandidate ExperienceDeliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience aligned with Syndigo’s brand and valuesEnsure timely communication, feedback, and transparency at every stage of the processAct as a brand ambassador, representing Syndigo in the marketProcess Improvement & Proactive ExecutionOperate with a high level of ownership and urgency, anticipating hiring needs and removing roadblocksIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and speedMaintain accurate reporting and ATS data to support pipeline visibility and decision-makingWE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU: 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS environment2+ years of experience recruiting GTM rolesProven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leadersDemonstrated success in proactive sourcing and pipeline development across multiple regionsExperience supporting hiring across North America and/or EMEAStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholdersA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering resultsExperience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A)Familiarity with global hiring practices and regional nuances across EMEAExperience contributing to recruiting strategy, process design, or TA initiativesExposure to employer branding or talent marketing effortsMust be able to work in the Chicago office 2x per weekFor full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
