Executive Director

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Michigan is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, guide fund development efforts, support and develop staff, and serve as the organization's primary ambassador throughout the region. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at building meaningful relationships, engaging the community, securing philanthropic support, and inspiring others around a shared mission of helping young people thrive through mentorship. This position is based in Traverse City, Michigan. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 – commensurate with experience – and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health, dental, long-term disability, and life insurance, a retirement plan, generous paid time off and holidays, mileage reimbursement, and a company-provided cell phone.
