Epic Cadence Analyst

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst for a 6-month staff augmentation opportunity. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types Gather and document scheduling workflow requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders Design, build, and validate Cadence system changes in line with organizational standards Test configuration changes and support integrated testing across related Epic applications Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues, working with end users and support teams Support go-live activities, training, and post-implementation optimization Maintain accurate build documentation and follow established change control processes Requirements: Epic Cadence certification Hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence analyst in a healthcare setting Working knowledge of ambulatory and specialty scheduling workflows Familiarity with how Cadence integrates with Prelude, Grand Central, and Epic ambulatory applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication skills and the ability to work with clinical and technical teams To learn more about this and other positions, contact Neika Powell at or .
