Index Client Services AnalystAs an Index Client Services Analyst reporting to the Director Client Success Management, you'll play a key role in supporting some of the world's largest financial institutions as they rely on Nasdaq's global index products. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients — helping them navigate index data, resolve issues quickly, and experience the high standard of service that sets Nasdaq apart. You'll thrive in this role if you're client-focused, analytical, and energized by working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing Nasdaq indexes, addressing day-to-day inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, meeting agreed service standards and client expectations.Capture client intelligence and interaction records in the CRM system to support ongoing service quality and relationship management.Prepare and distribute proactive client communications regarding index news, product updates, and market announcements.Support new client onboarding in partnership with the sales team, coordinating access to data and services across Nasdaq and third-party vendors.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global clients.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a professional, client-facing setting.Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with global teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the market data or financial services industry.Knowledge of equity indices and financial data products.Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar platforms.This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
