Store Manager

Overview Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver their best to every guest, every time. Store Managers exceed both store and personal sales targets and receive paid training to help them take ownership of the store. You will develop your sales consultants and help them learn what it means to win at Victra. Key Responsibilities Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process. Lead the team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions. Take direction from the District Manager on day‑to‑day operations. Set and share daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the sales teams. Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience, handle customer flow, and manage escalations in a timely manner. Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to help the team exceed sales metrics and quota assignments. Run store operations – analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, manage cash, meet compliance, and open trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to maintain store uptime. Monitor inventory by restocking shelves, maintaining device security, and keeping the store clean. Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance. Complete store opening and closing activities. Compensation and Benefits Pay includes a base rate of $21.13 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment. Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment. Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team. Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. At least one year of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical and Training Requirements Ability to lift ten pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Employees must attend and complete a 2‑week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. Various online and computer‑based training courses will be required throughout employment with Victra.
