Starting/Training wage: $15.00 / $16.00 Benefits: Major Medical, Life Insurance and Aflac Branches Residential Services is a locally owned and operated company providing services for individuals with disabilities in their homes and in the community. Focusing on the individual and their unique needs is our top priority! Reliable supervisory supports is key to providing our individuals with the level of support and care they deserve. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance, current vehicle registration, clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid preferred. Candidates should be proficient with communication, reliable, caring, flexible and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene. Complete and update daily paperwork accurately. Transport individual to job, various community activities and doctor appointments. Assist with teaching about and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health. Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt as necessary.
