The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting our providers with patient care, treatment preparation, documentation, and safety protocols. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and enjoys delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. Key Responsibilities Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort Take and document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes (HIPAA compliant) Assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments (within scope) Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms and instruments Capture before/after photos and maintain proper photo documentation Assist front desk team with scheduling, payments, and patient communication Help manage clinical inventory, including injectables and skincare stock Receive, unpack, and organize shipments Maintain safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards Educate patients on post-care instructions and treatment expectations Schedule: Full TIme, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in medical spa — preferred Medical Assistant education and experience - preferred Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain accurate in a busy clinical environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented work style Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
