We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) who shares our commitment to doing it right and who understands that exceptional resident care starts with an exceptional team. About The Role The Springs at Greer Gardens is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living team. The RSC serves as a key connection point between residents, families, caregivers, medication technicians, and leadership. This role requires someone who is organized, communicative, compassionate, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced senior living environment. The RSC Is Responsible For Serving as a primary contact for residents and families regarding resident care Coordinating and communicating changes in resident needs and care Monitoring alert charting and communication logs Ensuring Health Services team members are informed and equipped to provide appropriate care Overseeing care planning and partnering with residents and families Training, coaching, and supporting caregivers and medication technicians Collaborating closely with our RN and Health Services Administrator Helping maintain high standards of care, communication, and service across Assisted Living Other duties as assigned A Realistic Look at the Role We believe in being transparent about what it means to be a leader in senior living. While our goal is always to maintain full floor coverage, managers occasionally step in when a caregiver or medication technician calls out. The RSC should be comfortable providing floor coverage when needed, including 8-hour shifts and occasional overnight coverage. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, support their team, and step in alongside them when the community needs it. Required What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, or similar senior living leadership role Previous hands‑on experience in health services as a caregiver or CNA Experience with medication administration is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and follow-through Ability to stay focused and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills Excellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen At least 18 years of age Most Importantly, We're Looking For Someone Who Has a sincere appreciation for older adults Treats residents and families with warmth, dignity, and respect Understands and values the important work caregivers and medication technicians do every day Builds trust rather than simply giving direction Is willing to coach, support, and hold team members accountable Communicates openly and consistently Takes pride in doing things the right way — even when it's hard Why The Springs Living?
