Vice President, Private Banking - Business Banker

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Private Banking - Business Banker to join our Wealth Management Private Banking team. This role is located in New York City. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Develop and execute business development strategies by leveraging market insights and client feedback to expand BNY's private banking client base. * Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise in private banking and delivering personalized financial solutions. * Liaise with internal teams to support seamless product delivery and sales execution. * Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure services align with client needs and BNY’s strategic objectives. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within private banking to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance and sales activity, enabling data‑driven decision‑making. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Typically 5-8 years of experience in private banking or related financial services.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

with high-net-worth clients. * In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements within the private banking sector. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
