Senior Project Manager

Leading complex technology integration initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will deliver large-scale system implementations and migrations remotely, ensuring alignment across business and IT functions while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead large, complex system integration initiatives across business and technology domains, including platform implementations and data migrations Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on deliverables and critical dependencies Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through formal governance processes Required Qualifications Health Plan industry experience required, with familiarity across core operational areas (claims, enrollment, billing, provider, customer service) 6+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering large, complex initiatives Proven experience supporting large-scale system integrations or enterprise platform implementations Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments while maintaining forward momentum
