Job Description
\nFlexible Independent Mental Health Evaluation Opportunity
\nMoonlight Medical is seeking licensed mental health providers to perform independent disability evaluations on a flexible scheduling basis.
\nOpportunity highlights:
\n- \n
- Potential to earn $750 or more per scheduled exam day, based on completed evaluations \n
- Commitment of one to two days per month \n
- Weekend availability preferred, particularly Saturdays \n
- Scheduling provided at least 30 days in advance \n
- Evaluations and supporting documentation only \n
- No prescribing, treatment, or follow-up care required \n
- Medical malpractice coverage provided for contracted services \n
Basic qualifications:
\n- \n
- Active, unrestricted professional license in the state of practice \n
- Favorable professional practice history \n
- Ability to commit to one or two exam days per month \n
- Residence within approximately one hour of the exam location \n
- Reliable transportation and attendance \n
