We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Youth Instructors to join us at Gymnastics World of Georgia and inspire the next generation of gymnasts, dancers, and ninja warriors! Whether you’re into coaching recreational athletes or helping competitive teams crush their goals, we have a place for you. This position is part time with shifts available ranging between the times of 3:00PM-7:00PM What You'll Do: Create awesome training programs tailored to athletes' goals and skill levels. Lead practices focused on technique, strength, flexibility, and perfecting routines. Prep gymnasts for competitions, providing hype, support, and guidance. Foster a positive, confidence-building atmosphere where athletes feel unstoppable. Keep open communication with gymnasts, parents, and staff about progress and goals. Ensure safety comes first in every session and event. What We're Looking For: Experience working with kids and teens. Ability to coach athletes of all skill levels and ages. Strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people. Experience in gymnastics or coaching is a bonus!
