About the Role:
The Korporate Kleansers, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team in St. James, NY! Hours 
Monday-Friday 8am-12pm 
20hr a week

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other restroom essentials
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Operate and maintain janitorial equipment including floor buffers and industrial vacuums
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Must be located in or able to commute to St. James, NY
