Business Technology Project Manager Full Time Exempt Irvine, CA, US 10 days ago Requisition ID: 1276 Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $125,000.00 Annually The Business Technology Project Manager partners with IT and business stakeholders to lead the assessment, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions and initiatives that support Aspiriant’s advisory, client service, and operational teams. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure successful execution and adoption. Partner with IT to assess existing applications and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or replacement. Help deployment of advisory, client service, finance, and operational platforms and workflows. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, documentation, and status reporting. Support user readiness, training coordination, and adoption planning. Translate business requirements into clear project objectives and technical requirements. Identify and manage organizational change impacts associated with new technology deployments. Reinforce IT governance processes, including intake, prioritization, and post-implementation reviews. Is this you? Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Hands‑on technical leader with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Abilities: Working technical knowledge (e.g., API’s, SaaS platforms, data flows), with ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Experience and Education: We will consider any combination of experience and education which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or an RIA environment. PMP, Agile, or similar certification required Experience leading application implementations and technology deployments. Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Black Diamond a plus Physical Demands and Work Environment: Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to manage situations. Occasionally exert up to ten pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use near visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing documents, operating a computer, and reading. Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients by phone and in-person.
