Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide strategic guidance and support to management and employees, focusing on employee relations, talent development, and organizational design
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies, goals, and objectives that drive business outcomes and support company-wide initiatives
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and events to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting mutual respect, team spirit, and hard work among employees
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract, develop, and retain top talent

Requirements:

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
Level of Education: n/a
Proven experience in human resources leadership, with a strong track record of driving business results and improving employee engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners
Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in HR operations, compensation, and benefits administration
