Travel Time and Mileage Paid

Medicare SOCs / Recerts: $115.00

Non-Medicare SOC's / Recerts: $90.00

Treatments/DC: $50.00

5K Retention after a year with the company (Must be Full-Time)

Brightstar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• CPR & BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
