Holding Hands Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Greenfield, WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — their own home. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred
- CNA, CBRF, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Drug free work environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
- Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to client dignity and respect
