Title: Systems Admin II Location: Williams Center, OK 74172 | Onsite Duration: Contract Must Have: SCADA & HMI Systems Experience Hands-on experience validating and troubleshooting signals, alarms, and controls within SCADA and HMI environments. Point-to-Point (P2P) Validation / RTU-PLC Testing Proven experience performing end-to-end validation between field devices (RTUs/PLCs) and SCADA systems, ensuring signal accuracy and functionality. Pipeline Control Operations & Stakeholder Coordination Experience working with Control Room Operations, Field Operations, and IT/SCADA teams to execute testing, resolve issues, and ensure operational readiness. Important Note While direct SCADA, HMI, and Point-to-Point validation experience is preferred, the client is also open to candidates who have worked in environments where SCADA and HMI systems were utilized and who possess a understanding of these systems. Please do not hold back candidates who may not have performed these activities directly but have relevant exposure to the SCADA/HMI environment and related operations. Job Profile Summary Provides field devices status validations through SCADA & HMI solutions through collaboration with multiple business groups. Responsibilities Perform Point-to-Point (P2P) validations from SCADA displays through HMI systems to field devices (RTU/PLC), ensuring signal integrity and operational accuracy. Validate that field inputs and control outputs are accurately represented within SCADA and function as intended between systems. Coordinate validation activities with IT/SCADA support teams, Pipeline Control personnel, and Field Operations to ensure proper execution and timing of testing activities. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align schedules, confirm readiness, and resolve issues identified during validation efforts. Conduct repeatable validation workflows across a high volume of devices and points, maintaining consistency and accuracy over extended periods. Maintain detailed and precise documentation of validation steps, results, discrepancies, and resolutions using approved checklists and tracking tools. Identify, document, and escalation data discrepancies, communication failures, or configuration errors discovered during testing. Ensure all validations meet Control Room Management requirements and internal operating guidelines before assets are placed into service. Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on validation processes, SCADA displays, and system configurations. Competencies Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce thorough, audit-ready documentation. Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume technical tasks with consistency and accuracy. Effective communicator capable of working across technical (IT/SCADA) and operational (Control Room/Field) teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and dependencies.
