Office Specialist & Meetings Coordinator

Kforce has a client in need of an Office Specialist & Meetings Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional, secure, and welcoming environment
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-ins and communications
- Oversee daily office operations: mail handling, inventory, and upkeep of kitchen and common areas
- Maintain office amenities and equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness
- Keep office guest-ready, including workspace resets and coordination of deep cleaning
- Support onsite teams by proactively addressing workspace and operational needs
- Coordinate meeting room setup, layout, and video/IT functionality
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience
- Plan and execute internal meetings and events (20-40 attendees), including logistics, travel, and catering
- Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring seamless delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align events with business goals and maintain consistent processes
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, or administrative support
- Experience managing front desk operations, vendor coordination, and office logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage events, travel coordination, and meeting logistics end-to-end
- Proficiency with office tools and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively support leadership and teams
- Comfortable supporting onsite teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
