Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of our New Haven office to ensure seamless service for our policyholders.

Develop and execute local growth strategies to expand our reach within the community.

Mentor and coach staff members to help them reach their professional milestones.

Manage carrier relationships to ensure we offer the best possible coverage options.

Review agency performance metrics regularly to refine our internal processes.

Participate in local business development events to strengthen our agency's presence in Connecticut.

Requirements

Active Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses in the state of Connecticut.

Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding small teams.

Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and carrier rating software.

Excellent public speaking and community networking skills.
