The ideal special education candidate will possess a strong background in special education, classroom management, and child development, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. As a Special Education Teacher, you will develop individualized education plans, implement tailored instructional strategies, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and well-being. Experience working with students who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), hearing impairments such as deaf education needs, or other special needs populations. Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a positive attitude focused on child-centered outcomes.
