About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Growth to lead its enterprise-wide growth and scale strategy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting the vision, goals, and strategy for the organization's growth function, ensuring that all expansion decisions are evidence-based, equity-centered, and aligned with the company's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the growth strategy, establishing standards for network growth, and leading the partnership with regional teams to drive and monitor growth plans. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and developing people, as well as the ability to make network-level decisions and translate national strategy into executable plans. The SVP, Growth will also be accountable for the performance of their team and will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
