General Construction, Handywork, and Maintenance Worker

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our General Contractor Company as a Construction & Maintenance Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on our sites and properties, including but not limited to just getting out there and swinging hammers! Responsibilities: Assist with general construction tasks. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Lift and move heavy materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Show up on time and ready to work each day. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements: No previous experience necessary, but a strong work ethic is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Excellent punctuality and attendance record. General handyman knowledge is a plus. Licenses and certifications in construction-related fields are a bonus. Must be eager to work as part of a team and committed to personal and professional growth.
