Registered Nurse - Dialysis

$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized dialysis nursing care in a clinical or hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during hemodialysis treatments. Responsible for providing high-quality patient care and adhering to facility guidelines and protocols. Responsibilities: Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients following established procedures and protocols. Monitor patient vital signs, assessment data, and equipment during dialysis sessions to ensure safety. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment parameters, patient responses, and interventions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, care, and post-treatment instructions. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, certifications, and licensing requirements. Qualifications: Active Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission. Minimum of 12 months permanent dialysis experience within the last 12 months. Current American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications. Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
