Service Desk Analyst , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need technical help. You’ll troubleshoot everyday technology issues, solve problems, and gain hands-on experience with widely used technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping people. What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account-access issues Support technologies such as

Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and accurately Keep customers informed throughout the support process Partner with senior technicians and engineers when issues require additional expertise Learn new technologies while building valuable real-world IT experience What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is

curious, dependable, customer-focused, and excited to grow in IT. You should have: Strong customer service and communication skills A natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and attention to detail An interest in technology and a willingness to learn Education & Experience

Candidates should have

one

of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant experience 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus. CompTIA A+ must be obtained within six months of employment. Your Schedule
