Wage: $17.50–$19.60/hour (based on experience)

Late Night Differential: Additional $3.00/hour from 10:00 PM–2:00 AM

Minimum Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Description:

Taco John's in Minot is hiring a dependable and driven Night Manager to lead our evening team and ensure smooth operations through closing. If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys late-night energy, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee night shift operations and team performance

• Train and support crew members for excellent guest service

• Ensure proper closing procedures and shift documentation
