ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With 11 years of experience serving our community, our State Farm agency has grown into a diverse and dynamic team of eight professionalswith plans to expand to a team of twenty. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alice Kwon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
