Benefits Operations Specialist: Wellness & 401(k)

Paychex

Paychex in Cincinnati is seeking a Corporate Benefits Specialist to administer day-to-day employee benefit programs including Medical, Dental, HSA, FSA, COBRA, and 401(k). You will coordinate enrollments, changes, and terminations with vendors and carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA, generate utilization and cost reports, and support open enrollment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paychex
