About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Equity Derivatives Product Control to take ownership of product control for a trading business focused on structured products and exotic derivatives. Responsibilities include daily profit-and-loss reporting and analysis, reconciliations, P&L attribution, valuation adjustments, balance-sheet controls, funding activity, and month-end close. The role partners with trading, risk, operations, treasury, technology, and reporting teams, while supporting complex product lifecycle events and reviewing new transactions. The successful candidate will maintain effective controls, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues while remaining hands-on. Candidates should have substantial product control experience at the Vice President level and strong knowledge of equity derivatives and structured products, including complex, path-dependent products. Expertise in P&L drivers, valuation adjustments, model reserves, funding and collateral impacts, reconciliations, and financial controls is required. The role also calls for sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and strong collaboration and mentoring skills. A relevant background in accounting, finance, or product control is expected.
