We are currently seeking a 

1 st Shift UTILITY WORKER – PREP .

For a local  TROY, OH manufacturing company. 

Job Summary

Required to use a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly facilitate the assembly and testing of advanced electronic assemblies. 

1. Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
2. Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the American Advanced Assemblies’ Quality System and Employee Handbook.
3. Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
4. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
5. Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
6. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Qualifications:
Minimum 

Education & Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands to facilitate the assembly of complex electronic products.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• $13-$15/hour
• PAID WEEKLY
